The Lessons I Receive From Spirit
In working with my clients, I am awed and amazed at the information I receive from Spirit on their behalf. There is so much wisdom in the Spirit World. As an example I will recount a recent conversation I heard.
I was meeting with a young women who was going through some difficult times and couldn't see a way out. I ask Spirit to tell me what she needed to know about her situation. I received an image of a young women sitting at the bottom of a deep dry well. There was only a pin hole of light coming down the shaft. She confirmed to me that was how she was feeling. Lost with no way out. She felt her Spirit was a little pilot light, not big enough to guide her.
What I heard from Spirit was that she was to be in the light. What this felt like is she is meant to get outside in the sunlight, nature and not stay indoors too much. Even if she didn't feel like going out, she's to bring herself to sit in the early sunlight(Ask Spirit guides for help). It felt that by doing this, she was bringing light to the darkness. I had an image of the thin shaft of light shining into the well being expanded and filling the well with bright light. In doing so, now she was able to see a ladder leaning against the wall of the well. She could't see it before. Now the way out was clear. The darkness is never stronger than the light. It requires us to take the first step though, like planting a seed,waiting for the sun and rain to do their part to produce a beautiful flower.
I loved the images because I believe we have all felt in the dark at some time in our life and this seemed like such a wise solution. Connect with nature, daylight in whatever way feels right. Be in the light, feeling the warmth of the sun in your soul and the answers will come.
